TTEC- Registration guidelines for Pre-employment Assessment Test

Dear Candidate,

                

Thank you for applying Chat Service Representative (Work from office) at TTEC Ahmedabad     

                         

This is to inform you that you must register on the TTEC website to receive an email for the Pre-Employment Evaluation Test.      

You need to complete the first round of Interviews (Pre-Employment Assessment Test) Online. 

You need to take an online assessment exam which includes:

(1). Choose the best answer and the worst answer 

(2). Personality Test 

(3). English grammar 

(4). Logical reasoning test 

(5). Abstract Reasoning,    

         

This test would last for half an hour. The Test is based on MCQ 

You are required to register first on TTEC Website to get an email for the Pre-Employment Assessment test. Please read the following instructions carefully then click on create a profile below to register

An important point – All candidates must ensure that all the cache files and cookies in their browser are cleared.

Step-1. Once you click on Create Profile, It will take you to the following registration page where you need to click on “Apply Online”

Step-2.The next step would be to accept the privacy agreement

Step-3.You would now need to create your own profile using either the “returning user” or “new user” option – whichever is applicable. An important point to note here is that each applicant must ensure that all cookies and cache files in their browser are cleared before you apply online to TTEC.

Step-4.Once You have logged in, The next step would be to start filling out the details – please ensure that the select the option shown in red arrow and then proceed

Step-5. Basic details need to be filled in. Please ensure that you select “No” as an option here

Step-6. Some of the criteria that you would need to meet

Step-7. Though this page says optional – please ensure that resumes are being uploaded here

Step-8. You will get this message to confirm that your submission is complete

Step-9. Upon successful completion of their application – You will get the below email (shown in image) wherein you have to click on the text ” Pre-Employment Assessments” to access the assessment test followed by logging in with credentials.

Step-10. Once you click on the "Pre-Employment Assessments" link, you will get a page that would look like this from where you would need to continue to appear for your assessment after logging in with your credentials. The assessment test would not take more than 30 minutes of your time.

Step-11.Those who cleared the test will receive the below email within 24- 48 hours. You would receive an email with a subject line(Invitation to schedule), wherein you have to click on schedule your appointment, It will take you to another page where you have to log in with your credentials and then select a date and time. The next Interview round would last in 1 hour and 30 minutes so choose a date and time accordingly.
